Private CPR & Choking Workshop Description
1.5 hour workshop that includes prevention strategies, early recognition, and life-saving skills for a baby or child who is choking or stops breathing for any reason.
This workshop includes First Aid skills for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), conscious and unconscious choking for infants and children.
Groups may choose to take this workshop in-person at their home (we're currently offering in-person training in the Edmonton, Calgary, and Winnipeg areas) and we send an instructor out to you! Or, groups can book a virtual workshop live over Zoom.
Request a date and start time that works for your group and we can almost always accommodate!
In Person: we bring all the equipment and everything needed just organize your group for the date and time selected.
Virtually over Zoom: we send you the Zoom Meeting ID and participants should have a doll or teddy bear to practice with!
CPR & Choking Fact Sheets with a step by step guide of all skills covered are included.
