I strongly recommend Little Lungs First Aid for any teens looking to become babysitters. I enrolled in a full day babysitting course. Our instructor, Julia, was really friendly and knowledgeable. The manual is also very helpful and I reference it frequently. The course was very thorough and covered many details including how to change a baby's diaper, different leadership styles and when to use them, etc. We also got a couple fun and interactive activities to do that made learning a lot more fun. I'm now a lot more confident in my abilities to babysit!
